Title Clerk - Korum Automotive Group : Job Details

Korum Automotive Group is hiring an Accounting Specialist that will specialize in the Title Work for the dealership group and the duties will include all functions of the Accounting Specialist position including:

• Ensure all title work is processed properly and in a timely manner.
• Preparing pay-off for traded-in vehicles
• Processing title transfer documentation
• Processing lease pay-off and refinancing paperwork
• Reviewing and auditing title/licensing documents for each vehicle purchased/sold and in inventory/courtesy loaner fleets.
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the Department of Licensing
• Processing of vehicle sales/deals
• Processing the purchasing of new and used vehicle inventory
• Processing dealer trades
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Remittance and cancelation of F&I products and services
• Responsible for various accounting duties including journal entries, analysis, and research
• General ledger reconciliations

Pay Range: $21.45 to $27.76 per hourTargeted Hiring Pay Range: $21.45 to $23.98Desired Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College-level accounting coursework preferred
• 2+ dealership experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application with Intermediate Excel skills
• Must be able to learn/use all software and programs provided by the dealership
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
