How You'll Shine

The Resort Concierge is responsible for consistently creating and enhancing experiences for owners and guests. This includes providing current information and recommendations about the local area, attractions, events and activities. Additionally, the concierge is responsible for greeting guests and making arrangements for special occasions and or needs during their stay. The resort Concierge will be familiar with all site activities to share with owners and guests.

How You'll Make An Impact

Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes. Providing the guests and owners local information about activities, restaurants, and attractions. You will make sure that the guest feel special.

What You'll Bring

High School diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Mindset

Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision.

Basic office skills helpful including basic math, proper cash handling procedures.

Technical Skills- PC Skills, Microsoft Office Products.

1 year of guest services experience in a hospitality/hotel/ resort environment and/or

1 year of concierge experience in service or retail environment preferred

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $23.00.
