Job Description :
The To Factory Specialist is responsible for receivingand distributing of outsourced calibration services and/or repairs ofcustomer's equipment. This includes: •Contacting customers for approval tooutsource their equipment •Contacting vendors for quotes and returnmaterial authorization numbers •Quoting customers on repairs and/orcalibration •Generating purchase orders to vendors forservices •Receiving repaired and/or calibratedcustomer's equipment in Sage accounting program •Verifying accuracy of certificates •Providing cost and selling price on workorders •Forwarding customer's serviced equipment andappropriate paperwork to the lab for further processing.
