Job Details:*Starting Pay will be dependent on level of experienceJob type: Full-timeSchedule:Weekdays Monday-FridayHours: 7am-3:30pmThe Role:DieStampco Inc. Is looking for a talented individual interested in the art of tool and die making. This individual will be working on the following types of tools:Primary Responsibilities:Urethane casting and machining for reverse engineering of tool and part supports.D. Grinding of silicone rollers.Surface grinding of silicone sheets.Interested individuals must meet these key knowledge and programing qualifications:Mastercam and Artcam experience with 3 axis vertical machining centersHaasHurcoPrototrakExtensive knowledge of Prototrak 2-axis systemsThis individual will also need these minimum qualifications:Ability to work 8-hour shifts, moving from various machinesPrepping materialAbility to keep machines clean and tidy work area(s) everyday sweeping and wiping down of machinesBenefits:401K planBlue Cross/Blue Shield HSA planPaid vacations1^st^ year is 1 week vacation after 6 months worked.2^nd^ year through 5^th^ year is 2 weeks paid vacation.5 years or more 3 weeks paid vacationPaid holidaysYearly end bonusAdditional Information:DieStampco Inc. is willing to look at applicants that are in trade school or thinking of trade school. Can assist in paying for various training to the right applicant -- Mastercam school -- Delta Education etc. to help further applicant along in professional development.Shop is airconditioned in summer / radiant heat in winterTwo, 10-minute breaks allowed, along with a 30-minute lunch timeSmall shop environment- no multiple levels of management to work throughNo Cell phones allowed on shop floor. May only be used at break times.
