(Depending on experience) Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - FridayTool and Die Maker responsibilities:Build tooling components and fixtures to support production while troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining injection molds and metal stamping dies. Participate in design reviews for new tooling, implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects, and manage spare parts inventories. Educate production staff on maintenance practices, support Kaizen events, and uphold World Class Manufacturing standards. Maintain a clean work area and assist with additional maintenance duties as needed.Qualifications:

• Requires a Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology with 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong mechanical, technical, and analytical knowledge.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools, setting up and operating milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, CNC equipment, wire, and sinker EDM machines.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, problem-solving, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, injection molding machines, and punch presses.
• Must be a team player with the ability to communicate clearly, follow safety instructions, and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25lbs.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
