Summary/objective As a Tool Crib Coordinator, you will maintain the Tool Crib operating supplies and machine spare parts, Update CMMS for inventory tracking. Generate PM and non-PM WO for maintenance staff and ensure that WO are closed on time, generate a Maintenance performance from CMMS KPI's. Essential functions
- Analyze the MRO procurement system to determine problems relating with orders and paperwork tracking and make recommendations for corrections.
- Coordinate with MRO stocking vendors monitoring parts usage.
- Prepares POS's for parts and supplies.
- Utilizes tracking systems and components sent out for repair.
- Insurance of MRO parts, tools and machine parts.
- Maintain paperwork.
- Perform cycle counts and identify problems.
- To review continuously the WO generated on CMMS and together with the Maintenance supervisor assign them to the appropriate technician.
- Together with the Maintenance supervisor open the PM WO and assign them to the appropriate technician.
- To generate and publish a weekly Maintenance report.
- Ensure PM binder is up to date and match CMMS
- Ensure Pest Control binder is up to date and match CMMS
- Ensure to use the PPE and follow the safety policies and procedures.
Competencies
- Able to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Basic Math Skills required - measuring/use of calculator
- Microsoft Office Experience - Word, Excel, Database, Outlook
- Purchasing
- Inventory controls and cycle counts
Education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
