Tool & Die Journeyman - Stanley Black & Decker : Job Details

As a Tool & Die Maker, youll be part of our team located in Tupelo, MS. Youll get to: Build & assist with install of components & new equipment. Perform machine & fabrication work as required. Perform maintenance on and make improvements to existing equipment & processes. Attend required internal and/or external safety classes and follow all safety rules. Operate lift trucks, man lifts, cranes, welders and other equipment. Maintain quality and production standards following all ISO and company procedures. Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist in the selection, development, & training of personnel. Provide feedback to the engineering team on how to improve our machines & processes. Assist facilities engineering with building maintenance & improvement tasks.
