Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Toolmaker proficient in both manual and CNC machinery. The role involves fabricating high-quality tools and parts from raw materials. A background in fixture design is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings for manufacturing tools and components.
• Create parts from metals and plastics based on specifications.
• Design and construct fixtures and jigs to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in toolmaking or machining preferred.
• Experience in both manual and CNC machining.
• Knowledge of CAD software and CNC programming.
• Ability to read technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with fixture design is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 5:00AM to 3:30PM.
