Tool Maker - Therm Incorporated : Job Details

Therm, Incorporated a leader in providing innovative machining solutions to a global market, is currently seeking a Tool Maker. Tool Making experience is required to be considered for this position. -First Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)-Overtime as needed or as business necessitates.-Starting wage dependent upon experience.Primary job description and responsibilities: Ability to read, understand and work to tool drawings. Ability to work to tight tolerances (+/-.0002 in.) Good written and verbal communication skills. Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator utilizing trigonometric functions. Must be able to understand and be able to set-up and work with simple compound angles. Basic tool making and machining skills, including setting up and running grinders, mills, lathes, wire edm, etc. Must be able to assemble machines components to tight tolerances. Ability to perform quality work, while meeting estimated times. At all times, work to Therm, Incorporated Code of Ethics, Safety Standards and Quality Policies while performing operational functions.
