- Develop, implement and manage inventory for all tools, supplies and machine parts in the shop.
- Create Min and Max inventory levels and perform daily inventory cycle counts.
- Assist Maintenance Manager on purchasing tools, supplies and machine parts.
- File and maintain equipment manuals (i.e. Master, Maintenance & Machine).
- Keep maintenance shop clean and organized.
- Clean and maintain small hand tools and shop equipment.
- Perform daily safety inspections in shop and on shop equipment.
- Coordinate shipping of parts and equipment for repair.
- Receive and stock inventory.
- Perform any other duties established by the Maintenance Manager.
- Preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic Mechanical Aptitude required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 1 - 2 years in a maintenance shop environment preferred.
- 1-2 year inventory work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Forklift and Overhead Crane Operation experience preferred.
- Valid Class-C Driver License required
