Tool Service Operator - Schaeffler : Job Details

• Read and understand tooling print
• Prepare Set-up tooling daily.
• Determine location of tooling by industriever log book or inside cover of actual dimension book
• Must be able to utilize all measuring equipment to check tooling dimensions
• Order back-up tooling with proper print
• Disassemble tooling after use; wash, check for wear replace worn tooling if needed or rework.
• Have read and understands SOP for tool preparation
• Check tooling to actual dimension sheet and drawing.
• Know and understand the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to the achievements of Quality objectives.
• Comply with and support Schaeffler Group USA, Inc., Policies and Procedures, Plant Rules, Guidelines and Environmental Health and Safety Regulations Your Qualifications
  • Have 1 year Tool Preparing Experience
  • High School Education or GED
  • Must be able to read Tool Print
  • Must be able to lift 40 Lbs. and sometimes 70 Lbs.
