Job Title: Tooling Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in enhancing and supporting manufacturing capabilities for product production. This role involves improving various fabrication processes, directly influencing the sustainability and growth of operations. The focus will be on collaborating with external vendors for turnkey systems, and managing data collection and monitoring equipment. This person will engage in both the introduction of new products and technologies and the improvement of existing processes.

Hard Skills

+ Systematic and analytical approach to problem solving

+ Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

+ Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies

+ Working knowledge of SolidWorks

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

+ Proficient in database management tools

Soft Skills

+ Ability to explain a range of complex technical information

+ Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

+ Adaptable to changing requirements and situations

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in McMinnville, Oregon.
