About this vacancy Tooling Design and Optimization: Design, develop, and improve tooling equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.CAD Modeling: Utilize advanced CAD software (such as Creo, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, etc.) to create and refine tooling designs.Injection Molding Expertise: Oversee and support the development of injection molds, including material selection, flow analysis, and troubleshooting.Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T): Apply advanced GD&T principles to ensure precise and high-quality tooling designs.Tooling Fabrication Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to oversee tooling fabrication, including CNC machining and other processes.Reverse Engineering: Analyze existing tooling and components to identify areas for improvement or redesign.PDM/PLM Systems: Use tools like PTC Windchill or equivalent systems to manage design files and version control.Documentation and BOM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering change orders (ECOs).Project Leadership: Lead or support projects involving tooling transfers, upgrades, and commissioning, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.What we expect from you Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
