Job Details

• Well versed in Line, Progressive, Compound, Robotic Transfer Die's
• Experience in Automotive Class A, Steel and Aluminum would be a Perfect Fit
• Good understanding of Types of Steels, Aluminum, Coatings, Machining Process for Die Repairs
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in handling capital projects, with the ability to lead, coach, and build cohesive cross-functional support teams
• 5+ Years Experience in Tooling Management in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment
• Knowledge of Best Practices for New Product Launch, Die Maintenance and Corrective Action Measures
• Ability to Lead a Team of Tooling Technicians and Tool Makers
