Boston: For consideration, applicants must be living in the state of MA or within commutable distance to our Boston, MA office. This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site per week and 2 days remote.

The Role:As a Group Travel Consultant, you will oversee a geographical region in the United States and treat it like your own business. Your main goal is to grow and develop this region by recruiting Group Coordinators who are eager to organize trips and recruit others to join. You'll identify, qualify, and convert leads via outbound phone sales, while building long-lasting relationships with repeating customers. Additionally, you'll coach and support these Coordinators to help them maximize both their group's size and the perks they earn. You are joining a sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and excellence. You will be expected to consistently hit key sales metrics and goals.
We're looking for ambitious, high-performing individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll be responsible for managing your pipeline, generating leads, and working with schools, universities, community groups, and other organizations to find new business opportunities. 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
