Tow Operator - H3 Towing Services : Job Details

The Tow Operator is responsible for providing automotive towing and roadside assistance services to customers. This position requires the ability to safely and effectively assist individuals in need of towing services.Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely manner
• Safely operate towing vehicles to transport disabled vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals in distress
• Assess the situation and determine the best method for towing
• Perform basic maintenance checks on towing equipment
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job
• Assist customers with vehicle recovery and related services

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
