If you love doing all you can for the customer, want to grow by collaborating with your co-workers, don\'t stop until you have found that perfect solution, love learning and are just an all around great person, we want you on our team!Wisper is seeking a full-time nonexempt Tower Foreman to join our Tower Construction Team.We are seeking a Tower Foreman to perform installations as well as test, analyze and troubleshoot problems within our wireless network with minimal guidance for tasks performed.The Tower Foreman will also be responsible for leading teams on-site and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety.Tower ForemanSummary of Essential Job FunctionsSuccessfully complete all Tower Tech Tier 1-3 qualifications within 60 days of hireScope of Work creation and execution including creating required parts lists for non-network Tower equipmentSign off on Billing of Materials and communicate any material issues before deploymentEfficiently understand & use in-house sytems for project managementCoordinate and schedule tower work with Tier 3 Tower Techs and Department ManagerTrain and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Tower TechsTimely completion of any assigned administrative tasksOversee up to two Tower crews at a time including any subcontractors working on-siteExecute New Site Builds on time and within budgetCoordinate Civil work and tower work on siteEffectively perform punch walks both internal and externalFacilitate Close of Project documentation for each site completedCommunicate any issues on-site to management with possible solutionsWork with Networking to ensure site connectivity.Requirements for PositionA high school diploma or equivalent is requiredMinimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in a Tower Tech Tier 3 role or equivalentMust be able to climb up to 750ft while adhering to all safety proceduresProven crew leadership experienceExperience rigging and mounting tower mounted equipmentCurrent valid Driver\'s license and ability to be added to the Company auto insurance policyWeekend, after-hours, and on-call rotation work availability is requiredTravel within the Network with adherance to the Travel Time Policies as stated in Wisper Employee HandbookRegular and predictable attendanceDesired Skills & CompetenciesExperience with CAD weldingExperience with CC and ATC closeout procedureFamiliarity with wireless equipmentPersonal accountability in prioritizationAbility to maintain cooperative working relationshipsPossess a desire to learn, supported with a love of technologyPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsFast-paced, environment with multiple changes to schedules and fluctuating prioritiesComfortable working at extreme heights and in confined spacesWork is performed primarily out in the field in an outdoor settingField work is completed in all weather conditionsMust pass a background check, MVR & drug screenPhysical Requirements:Light: Lifting 0-10 lbs.
