TPWD - Customer Service Representative I (Visitor Services Representative) - Texas Parks & Wildlife Department : Job Details

Under the supervision of the Visitor Services Team Lead, this position is responsible for performing general clerical duties for the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center. Responsibilities include revenue collection, gift shop sales and stocking of inventory, reconciliation of daily receipts, license sales and general cleaning. Provides customer service and information to the public in person and on the telephone. Works under close supervision, with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduation from High School or GED. Experience: Two years of general clerical, cash handling and customer service experience. Licensure: Must possess or be able to obtain, within 30 days of employment, a valid class C Texas driver's license.
