Track Positions - Proctor Public Schools : Job Details

The following track positions are open to internal and external candidates:Varsity Assistant - Pole Vault (B/G): $1,500 Varsity Assistant - Long Sprints/Distance (B/G): $720Job Description: Varsity Assistant Coaches

• oversee your event group - design and modify workouts as needed for event groups
• provide workouts to head coaches
• oversee event group in practice
• attend all meets (unless arrangements have been made with head coach(es)
• provide positive examples to all athletes
• implement and be up to date with culture pieces of program - be an active participant in implementation of culture - may include additional training such as 3D Coaching or other trainings
• complete all MSHSL requirements
• join the MN Coaches Association
• attend MN Coaches Association clinic if at all possible - coordinate with head coaches
• other duties as discussed and agreed to with head coaches
