Trackwise Application L2 Support 2. Knowledge of Trackwise application and its architecture 3. Experience in supporting Trackwise application4. L2 debugging skills in (SQL, Server, network (basic))5. Experience in coorindating issues with L3 , other support vendor teams6. Knowledge of incident and problem management ITIL processes7. Good verbal and written communication8.
