Position: Trade Floor Support

Location: Charlotte, NC - 100% ONSITE

Duration: 12-18 month contract (extension and conversion contingent on performance)

Pay Rate Range: $35/hr W2 Max

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

Sr Analyst - Trading Support role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, citrix servers, applications and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, remote support of user outside our site support . The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Job also will have on call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians area.
