(3 days in-office)About this PositionThis role is part of a dynamic team within the Operations division, which supports the Foreign Exchange (FX) Sales and Trading desks. The position involves direct trade support, risk management, and client service for a global client base, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Corporates.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support for FX Sales and Trading desks and assist with FX products across teams.Manage and mitigate operational risks through the full FX trade flow.Work closely with Sales and Trading on trade bookings, allocations, amendments, and give-ups.Review and resolve exceptions and discrepancies across internal systems and external counterparties.Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks to mitigate risks and deliver client excellence.Job Skills/RequirementsKnowledge of Foreign Exchange products, including Spot, Forwards, Options, and Exotic Trades.Previous experience in Middle Office or Trading Assistant roles.Strong understanding of risk management in trading.Excellent client service and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to drive automation and process improvements.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Why Should I Apply?Work within a high-impact team supporting global FX operations.Opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Pay Range$35 - $50/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation's leading Opportunity Talent Placement Firm committed to placing diverse talent in permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract roles.
