We're excited to be tabling from December 4th to 8th in Seattle, WA, and are looking for a Tradeshow Event Coordinator to help us execute a successful and engaging trade show presence.Job Summary:Are you a dynamic, outgoing professional with a passion for planning and executing high-quality events? If so, we want to meet you!We are seeking an Event Coordinator to help us with our upcoming trade show. You will collaborate with our marketing director and management to plan, execute, and evaluate our booth at the ASHA conference. You'll handle everything from initial planning and logistics to setting up and tearing down the event.Responsibilities:Collaborate with management and the marketing director to plan trade show eventsCoordinate event logistics, including booth design and setupEnsure all materials and promotional items are ready and arrive on timeSet up and tear down the booth at the eventManage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure smooth operationsEvaluate event outcomes and provide post-event feedback and recommendations for improvementsStay within the trade show budget and reconcile invoices post-showOrganize and manage inventory of trade show materialsWork with internal departments to ensure marketing materials and samples arrive on timeConduct market research on attendees and competitors to develop marketing strategiesAdhere to all legal, health, and safety regulations during the eventQualifications:2+ years of experience managing trade shows or large eventsPrevious experience with event logistics, shipping, and vendor managementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOutgoing and energetic personality, with a knack for problem-solvingKnowledge of KPIs and marketing strategies for trade show eventsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analyticsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and SEO techniquesBachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or a related field preferredApply Today!Join our team and make a memorable experience!
