As a Tradesperson - Service with our Waukegan personnel, you'll be responsible for producing, prepping, and packaging tradeshow exhibits for shipment on behalf of the client. Tradesperson - Service Responsibilities

* Responsible for prepping and receiving exhibit properties.

* Perform all pull and prep services on assigned client base, as needed.

* Perform repair / refurbish work on assigned client base.

* Work from layouts or drawings with dimensions and instructions.

* Utilize advanced knowledge in the use & set-up of power machinery & hand tools.

* Conduct crate inspections for set-up prior to show and upon return.

* Package all parts, hardware and graphics for shipments. Ensure that all appropriate parts are being shipped to show.

* As directed and based on scope of project, responsible for providing direction to Helpers when assigned to project.

* Travel to show site providing supervision of installation & dismantling of exhibits/displays, as needed.

* Interact with clients on show site in a businesslike manner.

* Operate forklift & other material handling equipment safely.

* Ability to work independently and complete project within budgeted hours with minimal direction.

* Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

Tradesperson - Service Requirements & Qualifications

* High School diploma and or one to three years experience.

* Experience working in restoration and/or inventory required.

* Trade show / exhibit industry experience preferred.

* Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

* Requires occasional overtime & weekend hours.
