Traffic Assistant - Musco Sports Lighting : Job Details

Primary Purpose: To support the development and communication of shipment and delivery plans. The desired candidate will have experience and strengths in customer service, with a background of relationship building in a professional capacity. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a high level of service to customers and contractors when scheduling delivery of our products. Participate in or initiate team efforts to satisfy customer/contractor requests Develop working relationships with contractors, customers, and transportation companies Set up Return Material Authorization with our customers, contractors, and carriers Review and approve all freight invoices for accuracy and payment Provide general support to both Domestic and International Traffic operations Other duties as assigned...Traffic, Assistant, Manufacturing, Transportation, Contractor
