Traffic/Logistics Coordinator

Overview
o Inspect and verify packages, parts and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and
accuracy
o Complete inspection records and inventory transactional paper work as needed
o Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) to meet quality requirements
o Work as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goals
o Pack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips and any required
documentation. Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping location
o Generate shipping labels and documentation using shipping software.
o Contact shipping/freight companies for pick-ups as required
o Use forklift to move materials as necessary
o Monitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering system
o Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks
o Cross train and assist other areas of production as needed
o Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
