Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Austin, Texas. HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL

$45,000 Base salary PLUS up to $45k OTE (Commission on top of base salary)

Degree or Sales Experience Required

We are seeking hardworking, talented, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing team of Recruitment Consultants.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll undergo a focused training program to develop the skills needed for success.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs
• Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations
• Bringing on new business and establish professional relationships in the industry

• A degree is desirable but not essential
• Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2 door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Financially motivated and ambitious individuals
• Sociable and outgoing personality
• Someone with a can-do attitude
