• Trainee Sales Negotiator - Longlevens, Gloucester

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy and multi-award-winning team in Longlevens. While industry experience is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be given, and to be suitable you must be able to drive and have access to your own car.

• Promotion of vendors' properties to potential buyers
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Carrying out property viewings
• Maintaining contact with buyers and sellers
• Generating additional business
• Promoting The Property Centre and our services to potential house sellers

• Excellent sales skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Clear and effective communicator
• Must be computer literate
• Must be Organised and efficient
• Reliable and committed
• Smartly dressed and well-presented
• Full driving licence and access to own car is essential

Good basic wage plus commissionOTE in 1st year: £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.

Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm (with a day off in the week)
