TASKS & RESPONISBILTIES: Build and manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis:
- Manage weekly recaps based on LW and MTD business trend
- Create and maintain reports to monitor sales performance by channel
- Update and actualize daily sales files and dashboards by category
Support Demand Planning monthly forecast process:
- Provide recommendations for Supply Chain monthly forecast based on current trend for seasonals and permanents
- Create monthly presentations for forecast reviews comparing current forecast vs. last month by category and retail group
- Utilize Power BI to extract STD seasonal sell thrus and compare vs last forecast
Support Distribution Planning Process:
- Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs based on sales trend and current inventory
- Maintain and update category inventory tracking files
- Work closely Central distribution team to update zone to zone inventory transfer needs
- Assist in managing weekly consolidation compliance report and recap

- At least 6 months of prior experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (mainly proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups
- Strong time management skills and prioritization
- Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities
- Experience with building and using Power BI
- Ability to operate all equipment and programs necessary to perform the job
- Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential, controversial, and sensitive nature
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
