Valdese Weavers offers a positive, productive, and progressive environment, along with excellent benefits.Job Summary: To work within a designated facility to train and/or coordinate proper associate training procedures, policies and practices.Essential Functions:Assist the Training Manager, including the assessment, planning, development, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day training needs of designated associates.Perform any other related function as designated by the Training Manager.Safety:Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers.Report all job-related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor as soon as possible.Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards.Maintain 5S standards.PPE as Required by policy and guidelines.Position RequirementsQualifications:Meet all pre-employment requirements.Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others.Minimum high school educationBasic understanding of how SAP affects all phases of our production system.Manufacturing background preferred.Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate procedures, and research and respond to associates' questions as needed.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates/management.Ability to work on all shifts and overtime as needed.Strong attention to detail and organization.Good project management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner.Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.Full-Time/Part-TimeFull-Time and/or Part-TimeShiftVarious ShiftsExempt/Non-ExemptNon-ExemptLocationPerkins Rd.
