Training Coordinator - NESCO Rentals : Job Details

Hours 630-645am to 3-315.JOB DESCRIPTION:The candidate needs to have good excel experience, strong verbal and written skills, and good attention to detail.Task orientedProficiency in excel requiredLooking for someone more in the beginning of their careerCould promote later on but need someone who is okay with doing right now over delegating.Schedule - Onsite full timeEvery month will be calling the technicians that graduate, checking on them, call the manager and trainers to check in on the graduates.Make sure training room is stocked with food and snacks/drinksOnsite interviews preferredDuties include, but are not limited to:Collects data and distributes data by phone, email or mailCollects, compiles and reports results and status of dataCommunicates data and reports as neededPrepares and maintains ongoing documents and proceduresAdministers and maintains a training management systemResearches training supplies and materials as needed - including details, cost comparison, and timelinesOrders supplies for training department as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experienceAbility to multitask with strong organization skillsHigh-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skillsAbility to perform work accurately and completely and in a timely mannerAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy are criticalMust be computer literateWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong teamwork and problem solving skillsEstablish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workersNesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
