• Assist with the logistics of internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training events (for example, but not limited to: reserve and prepare rooms and equipment, liaise with external conference room providers if necessary, ensure that training support material is available, arrange lunches.

• Make open programme bookings with training vendors for employees (liaise with vendors, transmit joining instructions and any other relative information to employees, maintain training files for local country legal requirements)

• Update the course registration system with internal (PD&L) and in-house (external vendors) training course dates, and maintain course outlines for in-house (external vendors) training courses (STEP) (TA)

• Handle employee training enquiries and requests.

• Update training records in the appropriate tools.

• Raise purchase orders for training and track approval.

• Manage Centra sessions for the Region and provide training.

• Provide user support for SkillSoft enquiries.

• Produce specific training reports as required

• Ensure that training records are updated for global reporting and provide regional data to TCoE Central Administration for consolidation

• Participate in the continual improvement of working procedures (RTC Calls and joining meetings)

• Provide Administrative Support to the people developement and talent management team.

• Assist in the co-ordianton of global conf calls

• Develop the role of the global rtc

• Participate in global projects and feed back to RTC's.

• Gathering training needs and analysis in Region to meet the needs of the

business. (ALL)

• Invoice issues and liasing with accounts payable.

Strong Excel and Word skills• Knowledge of Powerpoint• Good internet skills• Knowledge of Equant's administrative and training tools is an asset (Lotus Notes, PIMS, Centra, SkillSoft, etc)

Excellent organisational skills• Meticulous attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player• Ability to work without supervision• Good communication skills both oral and written• Ability and motivation to learn new technology• Ability to work well in a changing environment
