Our client, a mission-driven organization, is looking for Full-Time Training Instructors to join their educational program team. In this role, you will teach life and occupational skills, helping participants prepare for a range of career paths—especially in the healthcare sector. The position offers an annual salary of $40,000 – $45,000, based on education, training, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct training sessions that focus on developing practical life and occupational skills

· Provide work readiness training, literacy development, and technical or occupational instruction

· Lead financial literacy workshops covering budgeting, savings, credit, and debt management

· Teach entrepreneurship basics, including enterprise development and hands-on learning activities

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Education or a healthcare-related field (or equivalent experience)

· Experience supporting learners in occupational and life skills training, college prep, or coordinating training/tutoring services

· Familiarity with employer-endorsed standards in the healthcare sector (preferred)
