Training Specialist - RecruitMilitary Placement Services : Job Details

Our client is looking for a Training Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor the training program at one of its plants.Reporting directly to and collaborating with the Training Manager, the Training Specialist will:- Consult with business managers, subject matter experts, and human resources, to discover training gaps and needs within various departments.- Develop training content in manufacturing and warehouse departments including but not limited to machine operation, quality, safety, continuous improvement tools/principles, housekeeping, shipping, hauling, loading, and production reporting- Facilitate formal and informal learning solutions in a classroom and on-the-job environment in an effective and engaging manner during onboarding, position specific development, and other identified training opportunities.- Align and apply the appropriate learning designed to build the capabilities of associates and support the transfer of skills back to the jobThis is a Monday - Friday position.
