Spalding Consulting offers competitive compensation, career development, flexible work schedules, and excellent benefits.Position Type: Full-TimeWork Location: This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible; however, for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.Come join our team as we support Naval Aviation in their implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM). If you seek a dynamic work environment that challenges you to learn and grow in your training and development management knowledge and skills, we have the opportunity for you.Essential Functions:Plan, support, and coordinate training and development activities for end users.Develop and write training documentation to include user instructions, reference guides, outlines, and computer-based training.Deliver training presentations to individuals or groups of end users.Develop and design storyboards, use cases, and test scenarios.Provide individual and group training on Team Center environment, reporting methods, and data exploration.Other duties as assigned or required.Qualifications and Experience:Required:At least three (3) years of technical experience in Logistics IT or IT support of Engineering activities or processes.At least two (2) years of experience with PLM software, Siemens Teamcenter preferred.Ability to read and understand technical information.Experience creating training documentation and plans for application functionality.Strong attention to detail.Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent judgment and self-motivation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Desired:Experience working within NAVAIR and/or with logistics support programs. Familiarity with the Agile methodology.Security Clearance:Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.Education:BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management, or related discipline.
