Our mission is to lead, nurture, and grow a team of industrial manufacturing companies committed to making our OEM customers' products better.Position Description:The Training Specialist will focus on delivering in-person training and managing training documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards. This role involves conducting new hire onboarding, on-the-floor training, one-on-one mentoring, and facilitating large departmental and companywide meetings. Additionally, the Training Specialist will assist with the development and execution of other training programs as needed. English/Spanish bilingual individuals are highly encouraged to apply.Essential Functions:Lead new hire onboarding, including new hire packet preparation, employee file creation, in-person orientation, communications, and new hire gift management.Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions on topics such as Safety, HR policies, and onboarding.Lead and coordinate large-scale departmental and companywide training sessions.Assist in the implementation and management of Innovance's Learning Management System (LMS):o Ensure all completed training is entered into the LMS.o Help answer questions regarding the LMS and resolve issues in a timely manner.o Assist in training managers and supervisors on the LMS.Schedule and ensure all required ISO training is completed prior to expiration.Post important communications on various bulletin boards and digital signage.Support the execution of various training initiatives, including:o Scholarship programso School and community outreach effortso Career coachingo Employee Mentorship programAdhering to all safety policies and procedures while advocating for a strong safety culture.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in training and employee development, with a strong emphasis on in-person delivery.Strong organizational skills with expertise in documentation management.Must have attention to detail and high accuracy rate.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is highly encouraged.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) desired but not required.This description reflects the principal functions of the job for the purpose of job evaluation.
