The Training Specialist assists in the development, design, and delivery of training. Assists leadership of the National Community Health Worker Training Center with project activities including project support, development of trainings, training provision, and production of training materials, resources, and reports. What you need to know. Other Requirements and Factors: Must be flexible to travel for training provision and conference dissemination within USA. Required Education and Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in training, teaching or course development or related areas. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications; oral and written communication skills; presentation skills; ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
