We're a team of diverse experts helping our clients to build the future of their Treasury.Web Channel Product LeadThe Digital & Channels Product team is responsible for all client connectivity as well as any digital products including client facing websites as well as internal tool. The Transaction Banking Web Channel product lead is a role within the broader Digital & Channels team. The role is responsible for building the product vision for clients to manage their accounts as well as their payment activities through the web channel. The role will be responsible for defining the web channel's vision and roadmap, lead a team to execute on the roadmap, but also to own and execute on specific capabilities on the roadmap with client self-service capabilities at the core of the vision. This covers user and security administration, account management, payment initiation and reporting, and any other client facing capabilities. The role requires experiences in payments and treasury services as well as digital experience in financial services or similar payment organizations. The role will work closely with the rest of the product teams as well as engineering and functional teams such as legal, compliance, risk, operations to build product features that our clients need. As a product manager you will:Identify industry and client needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.Own and build a product roadmap including differentiated capabilities. Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of capabilities. Drive build-vs-buy decisions in our product development process, combing the landscape for potential Fintech partners in various stages of maturityOwn direct delivery of key product offerings including building business case, requirements, go-to-market plans, testing and ongoing product management and monitoringAccountability and responsibility for product performance including defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure as well as monitoring ongoing client usage and experience for enhancementsTest and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, develop Minimally Viable Products (MVPs) and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economicsRegularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision makingPrioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycleEducate and work with cross-functional teams including firmwide legal, compliance, risks to ensure that the product offerings are market and client ready with appropriate risk and controlsServe as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teamsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in and passion for building and shipping great products, preferably web channels in the financial service domainA deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients and how web interfaces can be leveraged by clientsExperience working with Agile MethodologiesExceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executivesCreative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions. Deep fluency and experience in at least two of these dimensions, with solid understanding of the thirdBlend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative executionStrong quantitative background to support data-informed decision makingCollaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organizationExperience working with legal, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements with respect to web platforms and client communicationComfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-baseForward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 8 years of experience in Digital Product ManagementAt least 5 years' experience in Treasury Management and/or Corporate Payments Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into Corporate facing digital products8+ years of experience in Agile product managementSalary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000.
