PS is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations, and risk management:
- Transaction Banking: a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
- Enterprise Partnerships: consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
- ETF Accelerator: a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds Join us on our journey to deliver financial products and platforms that prioritize the customer and developer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the Vendor service relationship on a strategic level.
- SPoC for senior management and TxB on a strategic Vendor Level.
- Ensure the appropriate level of strategic focus and governance is dedicated to the partnership.
- Ensure contracts contain the correct level of Governance, Controls, service, and reporting principles.
- Managing Vendor Risk within the Third-Party Risk Management framework and divisional risk appetites.
- Escalation points for commercial, financial and relationship issues.
- Acts as a key contact to central teams, procurement functions and senior management.
- Ability to monitor, manage, develop, and drive supplier performance and optimize relationships.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Vendor related audit point or findings.
- Ensure vendor adheres to bank wide regulatory and compliance requirements and risk frameworks. Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant IT Domain, Vendor management and Service relationship management experience.
- Solid knowledge of and experience in Service Delivery Management & Supplier Performance Management.
- Experience of Contract management & Governance.
- Solid understanding of contract creation, benefits management, and contract financials.
- Experienced in working with third parties and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools, and systems.
- Solid understanding of NFRM, Service Delivery Management and Third-Party Risk Management functions is mandatory. Salary Range: The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125,000-$250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
