Transaction Management | Syndicated & Bilateral Loans - mosaicpartners : Job Details

Top Tier Investment Bank is looking for a Loan Syndication | Bilateral Transaction Management professional to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the principal investing deal team and key internal and external stakeholders where you will be responsible for supporting a large and well-connected investing business for all operational management and execution activities supporting private credit, private equity and real estate product lines. This responsibility will include end to end transaction management on syndicated and bilateral deals both as syndicate lender and lead lender, including coordinating deal approval with the investing team, submitting KYC requests and involvement in conflicts checks, deal closing and ongoing management of deal cash flows, reviewing loan documentation to facilitate deal booking within LoanIQ, ongoing loan administration within LoanIQ and peripheral systems, management of borrower Covenants and Information flows, settlement of secondary loan trades via Clearpar and manual documents and coordination with sub agency services on agented deals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 5 years of experience within financial or professional services in a similar or related role
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business
• Previous experience working with Loan IQ (or equivalent corporate loan management system) in a similar role
• Strong numerical skills, Excel skills, ability to problem solve and an understanding of loan management in the private credit or syndicated debt markets
• Strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and follow tasks through to completion

This role will sit HYBRID out of the New York, NY office. Total Compensation will include a base salary up to $135,000 + bonus.
