Mailroom Associate Floater

Location: Lexington, KY (must live within the Lexington area)

Pay: $15.00 HR/ Piece Rate After Training. 

 Schedule: Monday- Friday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as mailroom sorting and machine operation. You will be part of a fast-paced work environment where you will receive incoming mail. Some of the mail will be checks that need special handling – separate the check, data entry and prep to send them to the processing team. Other documents will be separated into bins, scanned, and indexed as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience in mailroom and/or document scanning experience.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products
• Strong attention to details
• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation.
• Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must Complete and pass a background.
• Must be 18 yrs. of age or older.
• Must have a High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
