Mailroom Associate Floater

Location: Lexington, KY (must live within the Lexington area)

Pay: $15.00 HR/ Piece Rate After Training. 

 Schedule: Monday- Friday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for performing tasks, such as mailroom sorting and machine operation. You will be part of a fast-paced work environment where you will receive incoming mail. Some of the mail will be checks that need special handling– separate the check, data entry and prep to send them to the processing team. Other documents will be separated into bins, scanned, and indexed as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience in mailroom and/or document scanning experience.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft products
• Strong attention to details
• Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation.
• Scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality image.
• Performs clerical task functions as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must Complete and pass a background.
• Must be 18 yrs. of age or older.
• Must have a High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
