Excellent Property Management firm is seeking a Paralegal with Real Esate Transactional experience to join their team,

Qualifications include:

• ** 2-4 years experience real estate transaction experience**
• Experience with commercial ** real estate transactions**
• ** Paralegal Degree preferred**
• ** Experience out of a law firm a plus**
• Experience with real estate closings
• Loan documents
• Closing disclosures
• Provide support for bank pre-closing, closing and post closing residential real estate transactions
• MUST be extremely personable
• Detail oriented
