What You'll Do:

We are looking for a motivated TA Operations Associate to join the Paralel Team. The right candidate will be able to assist with shareholder and intermediary requests. Assist clients by completing analysis of fund, investor data, and more. Job Responsibilities: (May include and are not limited to)

  • Participate in and lead aspects or Transfer Agency operations.
  • Interact with clients and shareholders and on a daily basis.
  • Perform new account establishment and transactional processing.
  • Documentation creation and review.
  • Answer calls and resolve shareholder and client requests.
  • Send, receive and reconcile incoming and outgoing money movements.
  • Use technology to analyze and present data in meaningful formats to various partners.
  • Interact and collaborate with peers, management and internal stake holders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and on individual projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or related industry experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation Range:

  • $55,000 - $65,000
  • The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, industry experience, certifications and other factors.

Other Compensation:

  • Performance bonus eligible
