We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transmission and Substation Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects related to high-voltage transmission lines and substations. Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate construction activities on transmission and substation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

* Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
