We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transmission and Substation Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects related to high-voltage transmission lines and substations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical infrastructure construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate construction activities on transmission and substation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
* Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, work logs, and safety records.
* Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
* Ensure all equipment and materials are available and properly utilized on-site.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision, specifically in transmission and substations.
* Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure construction practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and recruiting employees.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid Class A driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
