Transportation Aide - Trinity Health Corporation : Job Details

Performs various duties in transporting patients and supplies to various patient testing areas of the medical center assigned through the Care Logistic System. What you will do:Upon notification from Care Logistics AVR system or from the Hub Dispatcher, transports patients to and from patient areas and various diagnostic and treatment centers in a safe, dignified, and efficient manner. Patients are transported by three modes of transportation, bed, stretcher or wheelchair. Answers pages on beeper or Vocera promptly. Completes transport request steps before, during, and after transport in the Care Logistics AVR system. Responsible for transporting medication during specific patient transports. Maintains the cleanliness of all transport equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, etc. Working Conditions:Some minor physical inconvenience or discomfort present in the workplace.
