How you Will make a differenceTransport residents to appointments, community events, and others as neededConfirm doctors' appointments for residentsNotify family of arrangements regarding appointmentsMonitor daily documentation and filingAll other duties as assigned What you Need to make a DifferenceCurrent Certified Nursing Assistants Certification the stateCurrent/active CPR certificationValid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appearCustomer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure This position requires driving the facility passenger van.
