Assist in transportation metrics and analytics: Utilize tools like Power BI to collect, analyze, and visualize transportation data. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost per mile, or carrier performance metrics. Document processes and flows: Work closely with the team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transportation and logistics activities. Create process flows and diagrams to improve understanding and ensure consistent execution of tasks. Participate in TMS RFP project: Observe, participate, and assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting a Transportation Management System (TMS).
