**Description**
We're looking for Bellmen to join the Transportation Team at Horseshoe Bay Resort! A Bellman helps to deliver and pickup luggage including coolers, golf clubs etc. to and from guest rooms. They will be knowledgeable of the resort and the local area to give reliable information to hotel guests and members. Bellmen are also able to perform smaller duties such as delivering dry cleaning to a room.
***Bellman is a tipped position.**

**Definition:**
A bellman helps to deliver and pickup luggage including coolers, golf clubs etc. to and from guest rooms. This includes incoming and outgoing guests. The bellman will communicate with guests and provide information on parking lots and resort amenities. They will be knowledgeable of the resort and the local area and give reliable information to hotel guests and members. Bellmen are able to perform a number of small duties such delivering dry cleaning to a room and some room deliveries.
**General Duties:**
+ Assist guests with hotel check-in process
+ Cleaning and maintaining front entrance of Hotel and Valet office
+ Keep and maintain all bell carts
+ Maintain professional composure in high stress situations
+ Exceptional communication skills, detail oriented, and ability to learn in an ever changing work environment
+ Multi tasking skills
+ Telephone etiquette
+ Maintain a constant awareness of resort amenity schedules and promotions
**Employment standards:**
+ Pleasant personality.
+ Neat in appearance and well groomed.
+ Maintain proper associate uniform standards.
+ Maintain black running shoe which is slip resistant, enclosed toe and heel
+ Must be 16 years of age.
+ Always follow all Resort rules and policies.
**Physical & Mental Requirements:**
+ The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ Must be able to run or move quickly to provide prompt service
+ Must be able to walk and stand for majority of work schedule
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with the general public
+ Must be able to communicate and disseminate information accurately.
+ Must be able to speak, comprehend reading materials and write English.
