Seeking a Transportation Engineering Section Head to lead a growing team of traffic and roadway engineers in the DC office.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical leader and manager overseeing and ensuring success for a variety of transportation projects and services to clients.Serve as principal in business development activities, including identifying and tracking target markets, developing and implementing strategies for pursuits, proposal development, and fostering relationships and new opportunities.Lead and manage the transportation engineering section including project studies, design, and analysis services to clients.Coordinate strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from ABET accredited engineering program.PE in DC.Experience working with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), preferably, or other nearby agencies.Please apply if there is any interest!
